Information we process
- Launch-list email address, consent, delivery, and unsubscribe records.
- Support messages and information you choose to include.
- Game settings and progress stored locally on your device.
- With consent, Unity Analytics gameplay, session, device, app, installation identifier, IP-derived approximate location, performance, and diagnostic information.
- When advertising is enabled, Unity LevelPlay/ironSource and enabled partners may process advertising or device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app data, consent signals, ad impressions, interactions, revenue, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic data.
- Website providers, including HighLevel and Cloudflare, may process contact, browser, IP, delivery, security, and request-log data to provide the website and requested messages.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate and secure SnowThumb, remember choices, send requested launch updates, respond to support, improve the game with optional analytics, deliver and measure ads when enabled, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We share it only with service providers, enabled advertising partners, professional advisers, a successor in a business transaction, or authorities where legally required. We do not sell the launch email list for money. Some advertising activity may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law.
Consent, tracking, and choices
Marketing signup does not consent to app analytics or advertising. Optional analytics and personalized advertising depend on your in-app choices and applicable platform permissions, including Apple App Tracking Transparency. Retention, security, transfers, and children
We keep information only as long as needed for its purpose, legal obligations, disputes, security, and suppression of future marketing after an opt-out. Local data normally remains until reset or removed. Providers apply their own configured retention schedules. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries with legally required safeguards. SnowThumb is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or appeal; object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We may reasonably verify requests and will respond within applicable time limits without unlawful discrimination.
Terms & Conditions
By using SnowThumb or snowthumb.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Parents or guardians are responsible for a minor's permitted use.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnowThumb. Do not reverse engineer except where law permits, interfere with service operation, cheat, exploit bugs, misuse communications, infringe rights, distribute malware, or use the service unlawfully.
Ownership, availability, and third parties
SnowThumb, its content, marks, and software belong to Croes Ave Inc or its licensors. App stores, analytics providers, and ad partners have separate terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Croes Ave Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where prohibited.
Law and changes
New York law governs, without regard to conflict rules. Courts located in New York will have jurisdiction except where consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these terms and will post the effective date or give additional notice when required. Contact [email protected].
Delete Your Data
Email [email protected] with subject “SnowThumb data deletion request.” Include the email used for the launch list and any details needed to locate your information. Do not send passwords or government identification unless we specifically explain why it is legally necessary.
We will verify and process the request within the period required by applicable law. We delete or de-identify information we control and pass valid requests to relevant processors when appropriate. We may retain limited information required by law, security, dispute resolution, or to honor an unsubscribe. Delete local game data using the in-app reset control or by uninstalling the app, subject to device backups. Deleting local data does not automatically delete provider-held data.
Privacy Choices
- Turn optional analytics and personalized advertising on or off in SnowThumb's privacy settings.
- Use iOS or Android system privacy controls for platform permissions.
- Use the unsubscribe link in launch emails.
- Email [email protected] to access, correct, delete, appeal, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
We do not require you to create a player account to submit a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where law permits; we may verify their authority and your identity.

Google AdMob is planned but not currently represented as active. The providers enabled in a released build can change; this page will be updated when production configuration changes. Personalized advertising and cross-app tracking depend on consent and platform rules.
